Our Story

World Flavours. One Table.

MIXA was never created to be another restaurant. It was created because we believed eating out had become predictable. Too many places ask guests to choose one cuisine, one culture, one style. But that's not how people eat anymore. The world's best ideas deserve to sit on the same table.

Great food has no borders.

The name MIXA comes from the idea of mixing — not just ingredients, but cultures, techniques, people and experiences.

  • A Japanese glaze can belong on British pork.
  • A Greek whipped feta can meet Korean chilli.
  • A French cooking technique can elevate Middle Eastern spices.

If it tastes incredible, it belongs.

We don't follow tradition for tradition's sake. We respect it, learn from it and then create something new.

MIXA is designed to become part of the community. A place for birthdays, first dates, family celebrations, business lunches, Sunday afternoons, late-night cocktails. The restaurant people recommend without hesitation. The place where memories begin.

Why Small Plates?

Food is better when it's shared. Conversations last longer. People become adventurous. Nobody gets food envy. Instead of ordering safely, guests discover something together. One table. Twenty flavours. One experience. That's MIXA.

Welcome to MIXA.
